Unit arrived with broken rear hinge very disappointed

Cheaply made wife cut hand in 2 places under neath on sharp metal not worth the money plastic parts will break easy on cover worked to cook dogs returned worth half the asking price.

I didn't get to use this Product... It came, Busted Up! I could see why, the plastic is so cheap it arrived broken plastic... It was packed Good... I sent this so Product Back! Order me a Good Hot Dog Machine, that actually Works!

The cooker looks good but it does not cook well. The rollers do not conduct the heat evenly. Hot spots across the rollers cause half cooked Hot Dogs no matter how you position them. I returned for refund. This seems to be a common thread with Home rollers. I purchased another in a Local store with the same result. Will have to go commercial I guess.

I've bought several cheaper rollers for a convenience store that I supervise. However, this is the worst one I've tried. I thought spending more it would be better and that is not the case with this one. It burnt every hot dog we placed on the roller because you cannot adjust the heat and it stopped rotating after a little under 2 months of use. I will not buy again, that's for sure. Do not recommend for frequent use. I would like to say, if you're purchasing this for use at home for something like family get togethers it may do decent. BUT the fact that ours quit before 2 months use is not a good sign.

I was excited to use this but honestly I am disappointed. Truthfully there is only one heat setting and it’s hot! Since it gets so hot it cooks stuff onto it so it’s not the easiest to clean
