Just doesn’t heat up enough long cool times

I didn't like the fact, the drip tray, looked like some walked all over it, and its not coming off. Good thing is was not a gift, I couldn't give anyone this that looks second hand.

product is cheaply made, arrived in box that had been previously opened , product was dented and damaged

Unfortunately it arrived broken . Specifically the hung to hold the clear lid was shattered into pieces when I opened the box.

I love that it is small, easy to use, light weight. First time I used it cheesy tornados leaked and burned a little and I cleaned as soon as it was cool enough to do so and now the rollers are permanently stained. What I really deducted stars for was while I was cleaning the drip tray I took a damp cloth and wiped down the machine and where the drip tray goes the metal is raw and extremely sharp and I sliced my finger pretty good through the wash cloth.

My hotdog cooker came in today, Yes it's easy to clean the rollers, the cover and drip pan, If you take the drip pan out doing washing it you can take a warm water rag and dish washing soap and wipe it down (both sides) (the instructions has a different way). Yes it feels cheap but it gets the job done. The one sent me has to be a returned, but they say it was new. They cleaned it up somewhat, after it came back, the electrical cord look as if someone's grand child tied it with a twist tie. I'll give it a few tries and see how it's done....... If it's not a returned, I would be shocked.

I bought it for my restaurant but don't sell enough hot dogs to actually use it. You can only keep the hot dogs on it for a short amount of time then they burn. No temperature control. It would be great for a party where the food would be eaten in a short time. My hot dogs also kept falling through the rollers in to the drip tray.

Well packed so it must be an issue out of the warehouse. The stopper for the lid came broken. I glued it but it didn’t hold. I can get over it since it still kinda works and probably doesn’t need to have a lid. it also makes a weird almost grinding noise which sounds like it might fail at some point. After seeing other reviews of failing units after only a month or two am a bit worried. But worst of all I thought this would give great ball park tasting hot dogs, but really it doesn’t. I tried a few different blends and cured/uncured and varying cook times. Maybe I need cheaper dogs?

Used this cooker twice and unfortunately had to return it. My first use was 6 hot dogs. Took about 20 minutes to heat them completely and another 5-8 minutes to clean the machine after it cooled. My 2nd use was for 6 italian sausages. Here's where the problem came in.... As far as I'm concerned link sausages need to have a crisp skin and eventually this machine gave it to me, but it took 2.5 hours. Yes hours. Clean up was then another 20-30 minutes after it cooled. Sadly, while it does indeed work, I don't have that much time to get dinner on the table.
