It was purchased as a gift. The family I bought it for eats a lot of hot dogs and love the product!

Easy, simple, cooks fast. Everything is assembled. It explains in the book on how to clean it. The juice stays in your hotdogs than when you cook it in a pot of water. When we seen the cord and for it having tan spots on it; it never caused it to malfunction. When it wasn't leveled on the counter; we didn't trip about it. We thought maybe it's the counter not leveled out or the bottom of the hotdogs roller isn't leveled out like the stands, but the hotdog rolling machine works perfectly even with the tan on the cord and the whereabouts of what's going on the level out part.
