This product has a design problem it cannot slice vegetable or grate cheese. The food get struck in the attachment before it get to the bottom of the container. I purchased this product with all the attachments and the small chopping container has now broke. I called the consumer service number and I have been on hold for 45 minutes. I have to hang up due to a previous engagement I will call later. I would like to return this product hope I can get a refund. I would not buy this product again!

I had my Braun for a few years but rarely used it - maybe a dozen times and the for smoothies (no ice). Today I plugged it in and - nothing. Into the trash it went. Don't waste your money on this brand.

NOT happy, its lacking in the blending speed, i have a mooka that cost 40$ and it does way better job than this pricey lil wimp. only reason i purchased this one is the mooka gets a lil hot when used at max speed for lengthy runs.
