Got this for my husband who is out in the sun must of the day. It is lightweight, yet sturdy, provides great sun protection and looks nice. Hightly recommended.

I used this product for an expedition in the Sahara desert. It took on high cliffs and rugged terrain without a problem. The neck flap kept my neck from burning and the front kept me from inhaling sand. Overall fit great and will buy again.

This hat is very light weight and breathable. I use it while mowing my yard and it does a great job of keeping grass and weeds out of my nose and ears. I would say it runs average size for a man, which means it's a little small on my female head, but I just tuck my hair up under it and it fits great!

I've had this for a couple of weeks now (I like to use something before I make a recommendation good or bad) and let me say I don't have anything to say about this hat but this... I wish I'd have found it sooner. When I'm out fishing, cutting the grass, spending time outdoors building something (I'm a handyman) I get so tired of my neck being burned by the sun, my ears, etc. Granted it also blocks the wind but I'll take the trade out. I haven't worn the face mask part of it but I've not been in the gnats YET but it's nice to know that option is there. I just push it up inside the hat and put it on. I'm only using the hat and flaps to keep my head and neck covered and it definitely does that very well. Highly recommend. BUT... might want to get two if you're a fisherman. Keep one for cutting grass, outdoor stuff, then one for fishing... the grass cutting one will get pretty sweaty and dirty quickly.

I've recently became more attentive in protecting myself from the sun. i wear this when i go hiking and put on a pair of shades with it. i do think these look kind of goofy but if it helps protect against skin cancer, then im for it...plus no one knows who i am when i wear these with sunglasses. quality is good, fits as described.

Keeps the sun off my entire head, glad I got it.

This hat is awesome. It covers your whole head. No bugs will bother you in this hat.

This was a gift for my adult son. He loves to go fishing on his boat. I figured it would be perfect and for covid as well. He loved it.

I like the lightweight of the hat and the extra's, including the removable face piece. My only complaint, if i had to say one, is the face piece had a bit of a weird smell to it, but I threw it in with a load of laundry and its fine now.

We love it and works so well in the woods. He helps with boy scout boys who do not like flying bugs
