The Crock-Pot box was completely damaged, yet the box it was packaged in was fine. Guessing they knowing packaged a damaged product.

Bought this one because with less bells and whistles, you figured less would go wrong. Lasted for about a year and a half before completely failing to heat. I tried different outlets, nothing was blown, definitely an issue with the crockpot.

The outside of this gets crazy hot! I tried to measure with a meat thermometer and it said 196! I have little kids and this is not going to work. It also doesn’t have a light that says when it’s on which is weird. 0 stars do not recommend

Thin metal. Ceramic crock fits very loosely into pot. Only three legs so the whole thing wobbles. There's no steam vent in the lid so it rattles and pops as the steam and juices build pressure and escape from under it. Gets way too hot . Found my beans at a rolling boil after an hour on high.

Arrived damaged everything on the inside was damaged.

IT ONLY HAS 3 LEGS!!! I have had an older version of this crockpot for 5+ years. It is starting to fall apart (padding on lid falling off, temperature words rubbed off) so I decided to get a new one. I got this one out of the box, and went to put it away. It tipped. I have never had a crock pot do that- turnes out, instead of a 4 legged sturdy crock pot the company must have decided to cut corners and it is now a tripod design . Just what you want with hot food. There would be no way you could transport down the road. It got returned-

Horrible! I had a Hamilton slow cooker before and it was a really good one. My chicken been in this pot for 5 hours on high and still not fully cooked. I guess pizza for dinner now. Not happy.

Cooks too fast! All the crockpots I’ve had cook perfectly in 8 hours on low. We have ruined multiple dinners because after 4-5 hours on low the meat is overcooked, let alone eatable after 8 hours. Extremely disappointing. Would never recommend.

Cooks WAY too fast! Ruined several different meals because the meat was always overdone. If it said cook for 6-8 hours on low, it was awful. Next time I checked at 3 hours and it was still 10 degrees over the recommended temperature. Don’t buy!!
