Wish I had read reviews first. Only has 3 legs on the base and very unsteady. I'll be returning before we even use it.

Would give zero stars if I were able to. I don’t know if the unit is faulty or if it’s just terribly made. Listen, my expectations were not sky high, it’s $25. I bought it as an extra thing to cook in on Christmas Day as a “just in case”. There’s literally no bells or whistles, not even a light to indicate that it’s on, that’s fine (annoying but fine) what isn’t fine is the only way you can tell if it’s heating up is to touch it. Except that this thing is scalding hot. I mean, SCALDING. I have a burn scar from it. I have no idea how it passed any sort of safety testing because it’s genuinely unsafe.

I loved my old crock pot for over a decade so bought this replacement. However, the pot does not fit snug onto the base, creating almost a one inch gap. Is this normal?? My old crock pot fit like a glove. Definitely returning.

I purchased this crockpot in Target in person in December. When you have it set on "low" the food boils. When you have it set on "warm" the temperature is 137 degrees. the FDA states that keeping food warm should be 140 degrees or higher to be safe.
Warning Dont Buy
Crock pot just arrived. Unboxed it and just boxed it back up for a return. Crock insert does not seat correctly in the warmer. Warmer only has 3 legs and makes it very tippy on all sides. Poor design, poor quality. Find something other than this model.

Terrible design on the base of this item. There are only three points of contact and it makes it impossible for a stable load.

This crockpot is crap! The stoneware insert does not seat correctly it just wobbles around, and there is a huge gap on the sides. The outside gets extremely hot you can’t even touch it! Ridiculous!!! Taking it back for sure. Save your time and don’t buy this crockpot.
Really
How can a crock pot heat unevenly. Not a little. Half the pot burns and the other half doesn't even cook. Measured temperature front to back is 40 F different. The front of the pot is 140 the back is 180. Really? How did they fail so spectacularly at doing the one thing a slow cooker is supposed to do. The build quality is equally horrible throughout. The handle fell of the lid the first use. No one in the factory bothered to tighten up the screws. The liner doesn't really fit right. even the feet are wobbly. Feels like it's on the verge of tipping over any second. The whole thing reeks of cheap. You can guess where it was made. Never buying "Crockpot" brand again. Sadly I've had it too long to return. Maybe I can make a flower pot out of it. It would probably fail at that too.

Unreasonably hot on the outside. Will be returning
Dissapointed
This cooks food WAY too fast on low. I have had countless dinners get over cooked thanks to this thing and I’m officially giving up. On LOW, it overcooked my almost 4lb roast within 5 hours and the thing was packed full with other veggies.
