It was nice while it lasted. Very basic features, which was all we needed, but it has stopped working after less than 2 years.

I was in desperate need of a crockpot as my older one died. This was the ONLY one I could find IN-STORE and able to purchase with no wait. Got it home, washed the inner crock, and added my ingredients for beef stew. Followed the recipe, "low for 8 - 10 hours". I checked how it was cooking throughout the day, and by hour 6, the food was basically OVERCOOKED. I took the lid off, checked everything, and was sadly disappointed. The potatoes were somewhat mushy, some of the carrots were overcooked, and I noticed that the inner crock would "MOVE" when stirring the ingredients. Not to mention, this crockpot only has 3 FEET to stand on!! I consider that a HUGE safety issue if it becomes off balance when having to stir the ingredients to mix. The LOW temp setting seems to be more of a HIGH, and for recipes that call for being cooked for 8 hours, you're actually overcooking since it cooks fast. RETURNING as I don't feel I should have to worry about (1) having it topple due to only 3 feet to stand on and (2) it's not going to be a crockpot I can feel comfortable cooking with if the time nornally needed is going to be 2-3 hours faster than it should be to be done.

It's a fine basic crockpot. Was disappointed the lid handle broke and a rubber foot is already missing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had ours for a little over a year now and I wish I had thought about it sooner, maybe I could’ve claimed warranty with it. It’s cooking everything extremely too fast. A 4lb beef roast on low is done in less than 4 hours. A lamb roast is done in 3 or less. The meat is therefore not cooked the best and is tougher. I guess it’s time to look for a different one.

It is large and gets the job done; however, there are too many issues with this crock pot. The electrical cord is too short, the lid is thin and flimsy, and the outside of this crock pot gets dangerously hot to the touch which is a safety hazard.

I bought this crockpot in February of this year. It’s now the end of November and I just discovered a crack!! So disappointing!
TTP Crock Pot
It runs too hot on the low setting. Recipes call for 6-7 hrs on low setting and this crock pot appears to run on high regardless of the setting
Not real happy
We just purchased one of these crockpots. Looks great but we had chili boiling when set on low. Not exactly slow cooking. I wouldn't want to set this and not be home to check on it.

Got this crockpot for Christmas. Love that it is so big! Have only used it once so far but used it again yesterday and it burned my chicken on low...this never happened before. It was hot to the touch before I even left in the morning. Thought it was weird but brushed it off. Going to try and return it.

This crock pot looks nice BUT the sides get EXTREMELY hot, I've burnt my finger a couple of times trying to move it. It is NOT very stable, it only has three 'legs' on the bottom, two in front and one in back. As you can imagine with only one in back of the oval shape it easily rocks or tips to the right or left when trying to move it, that's why I have the burnt fingers! I would recommend a different crock pot, I've only used mine three times, but I think I'm packing it up and taking it back. I'd be devastated if I had a family function and one of the little ones got hurt.
