What I hate about this crockpot is it only has 3 pegs on the bottom of it for sitting on the counter. 2 in the front and one in the center in the back. It makes it tip easily, wobbly and not very sturdy. That is my only issue and that issue is the reason I returned it. I want a good sturdy crockpot with 4 pegs on the bottom for stability.

Don't recommend, has only 3 feet and is VERY tippy. Just returned the one I bought!!

I bought this 6 months ago and the stoneware is already cracking. So sad that I wasn't able to get a full year's use out of this....I wonder if it's under warranty....

While the product cooks well, the outside gets very hot! My other slow cooker does not get hot to the touch. This one could burn your hands. I was not comfortable leaving it to cook without someone home, which defeats the purpose. It also has a short cord, which is inconvenient. The three legs are small, which makes it tipsy. I ended up returning it.

The outside gets just as hot as the inside. I would not recommend it for this reason.

Glad to find this on sale, but immediately disappointed once I took it out of the box. The base is so light and cheap feeling it was ridiculous; there has to be very little insulation. Also felt tippy, seems like a dangerous combination for getting burned. I had a similar looking crockpot for years, but this new version is nowhere near the quality. Back in the box and to the store it goes…

quite disappointed actually returned it already. lid didn’t fit right it or the bowl were not matched well too much steam escaped when cooking first time we tried it. on low temp it was too hot the stew boiled. high we thought would btn the food.

It’s missing one of the grips on the bottom. It even has a quality control passed sticker which is ironic. They must not care too much about quality. Will be returning.

It’s not programmable so you have to set a timer on the oven. The heat settings are only high/low. All over just seems flimsier than my old crockpot. The base is kind of wobbly. My dish isn’t cooking properly in the middle but the outside is burning. I’m not impressed.
