I love the size and functionality of this slow cooker, however after numerous uses, the OFF LOW HIGH WARM writing has worn off. Now every time I use it I have to get my cheat sheet out.

It seemed like it would work fine, but we didn't even try it because the lid doesn't quite fit, it was too short to span the length and it also wobbled. Returned it

We just bought a bigger crock pot at Kohls, 7 qt. After taking it out of the box and washing it I put the crock in the base but it doesn’t fit correctly. It wobbles back and forth. I tried turning it around and got the same result our old one fit snug in the base . Seems like the heat would go right out around the pot

It’s convenient, set and forget but if you add to much water it takes longer to cook. Over all good product .

Received my Crock-Pot today. My first impression is one of disappointment and the reason for this review. Yes, only three base legs with a tendency to rock on flat surface. Has gaps around the top edge of ceramic crock, does not fit snuggly into base unit. There is movement side to side and front to back between ceramic crock and the base unit. My old Crock-Pot finally gave out after ten years. Guess they just don't make them like they used to!

Cooks ok. Takes a while to get it hot. I started filling it with hot tap water first then after I've got all my ingredients prepped, I pour out water, dry with paper towels and start. Also, all of the settings wore off. I ask my daughter every time. I'm old. I forget.

I bought my crockpot in March, and everything was going smoothly until this October when I wanted to make some delicious homemade stews. Unfortunately, the lid became a major problem. While cooking on low heat, steam would bubble up around the lid and escape from the sides. It was quite puzzling because my broth was in the middle of the pan and not too close to the lid. Since I only cook for two people, I don't need a large amount of broth. I’m truly disappointed ☹️

First time use cooking split pea soup and seems extremely too hot! Normally my previous CRock Pot took 6 hours and never steamed. Can this be okay? Very concerned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love anything to make my life easier in the kitchen. So I generally make at least one crockpot meal per week. That beginning said this is great for a beginner. Since this is manual, you can’t “set it and forget it”which I what I normally do. But it’s clean looking, doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter and does its job. I will def use this for dips and things I don’t need away from the kitchen!
Handle Broken
Upon opening the box, the handle was cracked already. Thats unfortunate and unacceptable. Hopefully I can get a replacement because I don't want it to be an issue with the other one.
