I needed a larger crock pot for a party. This one worked great and holds a 7 pound roast nicely. I like that it is simple to operate.

This was a great little kitchen investment. I love my crockpot. I had to remove a star because the handle on the lid came off about a month after I purchased, but I called the company and they sent me a brand new replacement Crock Pot - not just the lid! I can't say enough good things about their customer service.

I bought this and I loved it. One day my husband made a absolutely delicious pork roast with vegetables and then all of a sudden the glass lid shattered. I don't know what happened. Was it left on too long? Our meal was ruined! It seems there's not an option to buy a replacement lid for this 7 quart crockpot.

I bought two, since I couldn't find just a lid and I use my 7 qt all the time and I planned to give the second as a gift. When I opened the first one, the lid fell out and shattered when it hit my tile floor. So disappointed that it was not packaged more carefully. Other than that, I really like the crock pot

I just bought this and there's just one problem. It needs four legs. It only has three, which makes it a bit unstable. Otherwise it's a good product.

We got this to cook our Thanksgiving ham. it was easy to use and the ham turned out lovely.

Big and fits everything for a big family. I only paid $17.00. So it was a great value with free shipping.

Made turkey soup. Came out great. waiting to see how it works if hooked up to a timer!

I bought this crockpot over a year ago, and use it almost weekly. In fact it stays out on my counter, I use it so often. Its big enough for a whole chicken or roast along with vegetables for family meals. I only have one problem with it. The control knob inexplicably goes from Low to High to Warm which makes no sense whatsoever. Even after using it many times, I sometimes forget and turn it "all the way up" to put it on High, only to come back and find out my food hasn't been cooking because its on Warm instead. The control knob is completely counterintuitive and has accounted for my meal not being done on time more than once.

Purchased this 7 qt. cooker to replace a Crock-Pot 6 qt. cooker that the manufacturer could not provide a replacement ceramic insert for. Strange. We were happy with the 6 qt. unit but often thought "if we only had a little more room." Happy with this purchase but disappointed that Crock-Pot could not provide an insert replacement.
