Not kidding, within the first day of putting the OtterBox on my phone I dropped it and the back shattered. The OtterBox is great, it’s super durable, my phone inside not so much.

I love the look of this case but the volume up button is already damaged and ripping off after only 5 months of use. Otterbox used to have really tough cases that could withstand some abuse but this one can’t even deal with average use before falling apart. Definitely a letdown, time to find another brand

I bought them for my kids.very bulky and heavy for 4 and 8-year-old kidsI might return them and get something durable and thinner, lighter

I had this case protecting my phone for a year and a few months. I did drop the phone a couple of times without incident when it slid from my bed to the floor. This third time the phone did not turn back on. There is no external damage, so the case did not protect from internally jarring the phone into fatal damage. From three feet.If you read Otterbox’s warranty you will see they are not responsible for the contents inside the case but you can file a warranty claims against the case breaking — the case is fine Otterbox. Thanks.

Rubber siding ripped immediately the first time I put it on my phone. Dry, cheap material did hold up to the pressure of the phone being inserted and ripped down the entire side of the case. Would have gotten a refund but not worth my time. Don't Buy.

Dri rotted and coming apart after a week usage

What a piece of junk! Literally fell apart (two tears along the side) within 2 hours of putting my phone in it. Would not buy again!

I bought this item trusting it's brand legacy. It appears as if this one was old or just really bad quality. It went from the box, to my iphone... and in less than 2 hours it was broken (a piece of rubber was hanging). I tried to return it for a refund, but the shipping charges on the return were basically the same amount I paid for it... :-(

I was sent the wrong color, but other than that there’s a reason this otter box was so inexpensive, it’s just cheaply made, but it is was it is for only $15

Bought this and it didn’t last 2 months, the case started falling apart I kept the first few pieces because I thought I could glue them back together, but it became too much and it was just a waste of moneyI’ve give zero stars if I could
