Feels nice and durable, but received with a small crack in the back of the clear plastic. Will probably still use but not super happy

Just received the case today so I can’t speak in durability However the case I was sent appears to be used 😳 and I paid for A New caseThe clear back has scratches on it right out the case... Not coolIn addition the case is way too slippery and certainly not leather😡😡. I’ll be returning this

I bought this Otterbox because I loved the clear back with the grey accent. I've had this phone case for 3 months here are my pros and cons:pros:- this case is VERY durable. If you are someone who prefers security over weight and size, this case is great.- I haven't dropped my phone, but I have a good feeling this case will protect it from any drop.- It protects the camera very well and protects the screen from scratches.- It is very similar if not the same as the Otterbox Symmetry case line, however, I like how the sides of this case is a solid colour as many clear Otterbox cases turn yellow on the sides after a period of time.Cons:- the side buttons are a little hard to click and toggling silent mode was difficult. This is probably due to the amount of security around the side of the case.- the clear backing is not scratch resistant, I have a few little scratches, however, I work with machinery so where I placed my phone was not ideal for the backing of a phone case.- it adds weight to your phone, as most Otterbox cases do. It additionally adds size so if you have small hands, it's not a deal-breaker, however, just be aware. Before buying, I asked my friends if I could try out their Otterbox cases to get a feeling if I'd be ok with the extra size.-The one major con I found (not sure if anyone else has had this experience) is that my phone's chemical battery life deteriorated very quickly compared to other cases I've used. This could be because my other cases are silicone, and therefore thinner thus heat is able to disperse from the battery better. However, when using this Otterbox, I lost 5% of my battery's chemical health. For reference, in one year with my silicone case, my battery went from 100% to 96% so this drastic change was weird. Obviously, heat can lower your chemical battery's life and I found using this case my phone would get very hot so this is something to note.

Product seems good and seems to be sturdy and durable. However, once the package was opened, it could be clearly seen that the product was scratched and seems to already have been used.

Got this cover for my wife's phone and in my opinion it does not live up to the OtterBox brand.Pros:- Light Weight Cover- Adequate protectionCons:- Slick to the touch- Scratches easily- Not adequate protection for the phone IMOI was honestly expecting more from an OtterBox product. While this cover is adequate, it is not something I would feel comfortable dropping my phone in. The cover has no texture on it so I find that it slips much easier than other covers I have used in the past. It is slim and I do like that, however, I would not trade sleekness for effective protection which this does not provide. You can also see the oil from your hands all over the cover.I personally prefer a slim cover and if a manufacture can find a way to provide excellent protection for your expensive iPhone ... I would purchase it. This is not that case.All in all, this case delivers a slim, sleek case but it is hardly scratch resistant and I don't trust it in a drop. While the price tag is right around $25 dollars. I would not buy this case again.

Dropped phone and Case cracked a little from the corner and it scratches really easy

I trust this case with my phone, but it came with a long scratch across the clear part and it was very difficult to put on. I don’t know how I’m gonna get it off when the time comes

 I liked the simplicity design but the case broke when I was putting my phone into it. 🥲
