The felt is weird and gets dirty

The case is a piece of crap. I droped the phone once and it was not even a one foot drop and the back of my phone splattered! This has never happened before with any other brand cases I purchased. Very disappointed at this brand. It is very costly to replace the glass back of an Iphone!

My case broke when I tried to put it on the day after I received it.

It's easy to install, but not tight enough, dust will come in and has to clean it very often

The back is scratched, haven't dropped it...It's from 1 weeks wear and tear in my pocket or bag.

Usually when I get otter box cases they are really nice and last a long time, however as soon as I pulled the case out of the box the clear part of the case was so scratched that it looked like I had dropped my phone from a balcony on the third floor. It’s not worth the money if you want an otter box case do not purchase this one it’s not worth the money.

Loved the way this one looks and I was really excited! I usually love anything otterbox but this one is disappointing. I wiped it with paper towels from bathroom at work and it left nasty scratches. Not the the usual otterbox quality.

For an Otterbox case, this one is disappointing. It doesn’t feel sturdy, or even like it’s fully covering my phone. I tried it out for a few days and felt like I had to babysit my phone and make sure it didn’t break. A case should give you more confidence in not breaking your phone, not less. The look of it, cosmetically, is why I decided on it, but the case just doesn’t cut it. I have much less expensive cases by non name brands that work way better, and are cost efficient. It also looks and feels like if it were to take a small bounce or fall, it would crack and break the case along with the phone.

After just over a month the back leather started to peel. It is has never been in contact with a sharp surface, left outside, etc.
