Anker makes earbuds... I'm telling everyone!

I'm particular (to say the least) and my first instinct is $40 wireless earbuds can't have great sound quality. So, I've been looking that PERFECT PAIR of earbuds that dont require a credit check... between $50-$100. Anything below $50 won't meet my sound desires and anything over $100 is more than I can justify since I wont use them everyday. On the top end... I owned $130 jaybird x2s and loved them, except for the cost. Ive tried $199 powerbeats2 and can't pick brand over all around sound quality. Middle of the road... I owned $80 LG buds that had great sound but the "necklace" drove me nuts so I finaly gave them to someone after a few months of not using them. I bought the Sony $50 MDR wired buds and the $99 Sony MDR wireless buds but promptly returned them. They were good but the bass was muddying up the top end. Low end... Self explanatory UNTIL I tried these Anker NB10s! I'm listening to them as I write this review simply because I love them so much and now I'M an everyday bud wearer. Who knew!? I dont use my $100+ AudioTechnica or Sennheiser wired OTE headphones much anymore. I'll have to update my review after six months on overall quality (though initial quality seems outstanding and I love the 18month warranty). To sum these up in a few words... +Overall quality for price is amazeballs!! +Sound quality is incredibly clean and crisp top to bottom. Great bass (with the proper fit/seal). +Fit is very comfortable especially when working out. I have large ear canals and the default midsized tips gave the perfect seal for me. -I do wish the battery life was longer but I charge them while I sleep every other night so it's not a big deal for me. They're simply too good and too convenient to NOT use for everything. Anker quality is incredible (not just for the price...) I've replaced all of my oem cables and chargers over the last year (ipads, google pixel, iPhone, microUSB, USB C) with Anker products. I use my NB10S for... HipHop/R&B, Country, Pop, Classic Rock, Blues, Jazz, Youtube, and Podcasts. Honestly, just buy them... You won't believe the sound quality until you try them for yourself. Hell, I own them and still don't believe it. If you dont like reading, check out the reviews on YouTube. That's how I found out about these. Hope someone finds this review helpful.

Overall I am extremely satisfied

This is a very late review but I think I have had the pleasure to own them for so long without any issues. I have had these bad boys for about a year now and I am extremely satisfied with their volume and base. Pros: 1. Their range is extremely good. I can walk around the gym from one machine to the other which is about 30ish feet and have them still work properly. 2. I have sweat in them and no signs of electrical shortage 3. Anker customer support is beyond spectavular. They make sure you are satisfied with their products and stand by their warranties. 4. They pair up with my Samsung S6 with no issues at all. 5. Can add more than one headset to my phone and it recognises it as soon as BT is turned on ( be sure to turn on the headphones first before you turn on the BT of the phone. 6. They are very comfortable to wear for hours with no issues. 7. Their battery lasts long enough for me to forget to charge them for a long while Cons: 1. Have to find the right plug that works for your ears and its a bit tricky to get it right 2. Only when bench pressing I sometimes notice they are there since the plastic band touches the bench 3. A magnet on the earbuds would have been amazing 4. When you press the volume up and there is no more volume to be added the earphones keep on beeping the amount of presses you previously pressed which is rather annoying. (I have learnt not to over press and I noticed I typed pressed over and over again) 5. a battery indicator would have been another amazing addition I have noticed there are quite a few cons but I am very picky and you cant have everything! Overall I am extremely satisfied, would purchase them again if I ever needed to and would also recommend them to a friend.

Excellent performance, sound and quality!

These earbuds surprised me. I spent several days looking at reviews of different sport earbuds that I could use while running, exercising or mowing the lawn, and was disappointed by the reviews of many of the brand names (Bose, Sony, Samsung, LG, Beats/CrApple), and was surprised by the excellent reviews of these earbuds both in terms of audio and quality of design. I figured that, for the price, they would be worth a shot. I'm glad I purchased these. I consider myself somewhat of an audiophile, and haven't been this impressed by a headset since purchasing the Bose QuietComfort in-ear noise xa cancelling headset for long business flights. The Anker headset fits snugly in my ears without falling out, regardless of activity and remain comfortable after several hours of wear (even the Bose hurt after a few hours). The battery life is excellent so far (I've used them for a little over 6 hours since their initial charge and they still have some battery life left - my last Plantronics Bluetooth headset only lasts around 2.5 hours). The audio quality is impressive - clean bass and clear high notes. Mid-range is okay, but not as clear as my Bose headsets. I've noticed acoustic details with these on, even while running, that I've never noticed before. The packaging, as with other Anker products, is clean and appealing. Including a complete set of sized earbud adapters (including the mediums that were preinstalled) and spare retention band is a nice touch. The travel pouch isnt great, but is functional. PROS: - Excellent, even surprising sound quality!! - Good battery life - Good fit - Good Bluetooth performance (no intermittent audio issues like I had with my Plantronics headset) - Quality design, not affected by sweat or rain CONS: - Heavier than earbud-only design (but with much better battery life) - Doesn't include USB wall plug (I had several spares) - Travel pouch is minimalist All in all, a great headset and great value. For the money, the best Bluetooth sport headset out there.

The best workout earphones for me

When I work out/run, I don't need or want giant cans hanging off my head. To be frank, I have no idea how people sweat at all with those on, or do anything that involves weights near their heads. They sure aren't running or doing intense cardio with them. That's why the Anker Sport NB10s are so great. I have two pair that I alternate and also use for commuting. They tick off every box for me when it comes to sport headphones - lightweight, perfect earpiece fit, solid sound quality, durability. The silicone band is light years more convenient than airpods you can easily lose or wires that get caught everywhere and also ensures there aren't any connections that can come loose or snap. One of the pairs I owned was even misplaced in the lawn for a couple weeks in the rain and snow this past winter and still works the same. So yes, I'd say it's understatement to argue they have terrific water resistant capability. Only two concerns: 1) Battery life. I purchased these when they first came out and the battery life seemed to be around 4-6 hours, which was well below what was promised. However, the second pair I purchase about a year later had a far more reliable battery (8-10 hrs). 2) Bluetooth connection. This was only an issue on the newer pair I purchased. It was a crapshoot as to whether the connection would cut in and out - typically, every 3rd time I fired up the headphones, I'd have static issues while working out. It did get frustrating. However, Anker Customer Service is always spectacular and, sight unseen and without asking any questions or wanting me to return the defective unit, they SENT ME ANOTHER immediately. This one has worked just fine so far. Anker's customer service is beyond reproach. This is just one reason why I'm such a loyal customer and love their products. Please keep producing these headphones, and in other colors if possible, Anker. Two thumbs up
