Sound quality - pretty good sound quality - above average. Have owned worse, and would be hard to nit pick the quality. BT Range - Good range. Can handle a wall or two at the gym. Comfort - Mid to low - after about 30 minutes or so, they top of your ear can get a bit sore. Security - Very secure - one of the best for staying put. Right up there with the backbeat fits. Stay put for HIIT and runs. Bad design - Sweat pools in the ear bud and makes it sound like you are under water. Have to take them off and blow them out or dry with a towel. Annoying. Durability - Lasted about 3 months - seems to be that you get what you pay for based on the several wireless sport headphones i have owned. Service - Better than average - Good quick communication. They refunded the money quickly when they died as they were out of stock.

Battery life is so short I needed to charge them after 2 trips to the gym. These would not be good for extended use (long car rides, train trips, etc...). Disappointing since every other anker product I own has very solid battery life.

On the plus side: durable, and does indeed stay in place while running. Down sides: poor quality sound (even for Bluetooth this is bad), poor battery life (<5 hours for sure) and frequently drops BT connection when it has gotten an hour or two of use (probably due to the battery). I wanted to like these but am returning them.

Hate to do this because these were sent for free by Anker due to my problems with another style of Anker earbuds. These are the worst earbuds I have ever tried. Extreme treble and the controls are extremely difficult to access. I never know which earbuds they are on and they are so small that I constantly need to remove the earpiece to find the buttons. I’m also not a fan of the short cable and the wrap around ear design. On the plus side, Anker seems to have very good customer support.

On an incredibly well-produced studio track, these headphones will suffice. But if you're listening to anything else, they don't get loud enough. There are times when I have them on full blast, and the music is drowned out by the sound of the city. Otherwise, no complaints.

This review is mostly due to poor customer service. I emailed 3 times about replacement earbud tips with no reply. I'm not sure if mine were shipped with faulty tips or what but they kept falling off even when they were in the bag they come in. No help from seller makes me feel like I wasted my money here because the earbuds won't stay in my ear well without the tips. The sound and battery life were great though when I was able to use them... Contacting Anker's official support email now for next steps. =/ Very unhappy as a loyal Anker customer.

Very disappointed in these. They just don't stay in the ear at all. Super annoying when running to be constantly putting them back in. I've tried all sizes of the ear buds none work. They are not useful at all if they don't stay in. The bass also is very poor and weak. Overall big disappointment. I'd return if I hadn't thrown out the box.

I really liked the fit. But they stopped working a few weeks ago. Only about 6 months after I started to use them. Pretty bummed! Hoped they would last at least a year...

Bluetooth headphones suck - all of them. You can have battery life, longevity, water resistance, connectivity, stays in your ears, or decent sound - pick one, maybe two. I ride almost every day and haven't found a truly useful pair yet after 7 tries. Pro: they sort of stay in your ears. The over the ear nature makes them easy to put back in when they fall out. They haven't failed yet. Stays connected. Very few skips. Con: decent sound if you keep them shoved into your ears. However this makes every bump in the road audible through the headphones. If you pull them out slightly, you get ok sound, but that makes them fall out of your ears quickly. These have their own special issue - lack of features. How hard would it have been to have a back function so I can repeat a song? Battery life only 3-4 hours. Control location makes you have to stick your finger in your ear to operate the buttons.
