Product is not working

Awful product. Worked okay for 2 months. Volume too low.

Utterly disappointed with the durability of the product. I see the shavings emerging out of the material of the product.

I broke my Plantronics Backbeat fit which served me well for 5 years. Excellent sound Batteylife fit etc. Using Anker charging products very happy. I stumbled across this particular product and decided to buy it. Worst fit inspite of options for ear plugs. Sound loses and cracking sound.Pathetic range ..max 8 feet from source.Battery life of not more than 1 hour of music. (Plantronics lasted for 8 hrs I being a long distance cyclist). Returned the product for a refund.

Poor battery life even when it functioned, but just 5 weeks after purchase the right earbud simply failed. Horrible quality control.

I tried it on 3 different devices and the headphones kept disconnecting. Don't have issues with the many other bluetooth headphones I have except for this one. Returning. Tried it on: 1) LG G6 2) Nvidia Shield Tablet K1 3) iPhone 6

These headphones fit, feel, and sound GREAT.. but if my phone is in my pocket they cut out like crazy. If I hold it in my left hand, it cuts out frequently, but in my right hand is fine. I contacted Anker support and voiced my concern that if I return them, I cannot get a super deal on a different pair now because I bought these on Prime day. The rep stated via email that as an exception they would be willing to refund me WITHOUT having to return the product. Then when I asked if that offer would stand if I chose a replacement (them send me a new pair and me keep the old pair, they could be used at a desk), she recanted the whole offer and said that whether refund or replacement, I have to send the old pair in. It was pretty shady. I guess I'll try replacing these, then return them if they still don't work.

These headphones are great at everything except the one thing that really matters. Pros: - very light, very comfortable - they stay in, I could barely even tell I was wearing them - the connection is reliable, and didn't cut out at all. - the buttons stand out, so you don't end up searching around with your finger to turn the volume up/down or skip tracks Cons: - sound quality. The sound on these things is terrible. The bass is powerful, yes, but it's muffled. you can tell there's a bassline, but you can't actually hear it unless you turn the volume all the way up. The problem with that, though, is that the high tones are shrill. At even moderately high volumes, they are ear-splitting. I like my music loud, but I couldn't use these at full volume because they hurt my ears so much. I only wore them for 1 short bike ride, so I can't speak to battery life, and I didn't use them to make a call so I can't speak to the microphone either. I'm very disappointed, because these were the first bluetooth headphones I've worn that really felt comfortable. I wanted to like them so much. I admit to being an audiophile, but I can't imagine how even the most casual listener could stand listening on these things. I will be returning them immediately.

I wanted to update my review after receiving another pair of ear buds NB10 I spent 2 weeks reviewing them. 2 hours a day with use indoor/outdoor Device: Samsung Galaxy 9 plus Connection: WiFi & Data 4G NEGATIVES: 🔵Sound Quality is poor with Bass not noticeable & highs are muddled. This is with changing out the Ear pads to secure proper fit 🔵Battery life is minimal as I had to charge them after every workout 🔵Wearability is horrible as they cause great pain on the outside side ear. This is because of the poor design. The Square box housing doesn't fit the natural curve of the ear. I wore these earbuds for 2 hours a day since purchase. 🔵Button placement is awful. The buttons are too close together. They annoying beeping that repeats itself after every press. Positives 🔵 Lightweight 🔵Color This is by far the worst purchase I have made from Anker. The Soundbuds Curve is superior to these in everyway.

Love the design and fit. However, the overall quality is lacking. I've already lost all sound in the left earbud and it's only been 8 months.
