This product isn’t for natural 4c hair. It dries my hair out. I tried a couple of times. First with a very good protectant and the second time with less of and still same results. No good for us 4c girls.

I have the original, bought almost 6 years ago and still works and I want to tried this and BROKE after 2 months, I call Revlon to replace, they sent a new one, and it BROKE again, don’t waste your time; buy the ORIGINAL

Lasted literally 1min I turned it on & started styling my hair. Then heard a loud noise, stopped blowing & smelled like it was on fire!

I bought the original 2 years ago and it finally died on me. I decided to try this “new and improved” 2.0 version and WOW it’s awful. It fried my hair, made it look dull, and took me the same amount of time to dry versus the original. The original made my thick black Italian wavy hair so beautifully straight and shiny. Yeah no not this one. Bought it today and will exchange it tomorrow for the original. Don’t waste your money!

was so hoping this could replace my blow dryer and round brush, but did NOT! Way too cumbersome. no time saving. no styling magic. Very disappointed as it reads that it's also for short hair.

Bought this in store, when I opened it at home it had someone’s hair all over it. Not sure why Target would put a used item out and sell it.

My hair will not wrap around the brush like the old one. (I have med length hair) And it leaves my hair frizzy. Maybe it's not getting hot enough, idk. Too bad the original barrel isn't on the 2.0. I do prefer the size on the handle over the original

after seeing such great reviews and results from people, I went to pick one up and it made a horrible sound turning it on and I almost burned my hand touching the handle. guess I'll try a different brand.
