Loved it for a few months. But then the balls at the end of the bristles started falling off. So many that it's now sharp and uncomfortable to use. Disappointed to not have it last longer.

The original one warms up more which is a little better for curly Hair girls but this one is smaller so it’s good for shorter hair it also has a medium setting and since it’s smaller it has a better grip I recommend but I’d prefer the original one for my curly hair since the original is my hair more smaller and it’s cheaper.

I got both the Original and Pro to compare. Although I do like how the pro is smaller, lighter, and less noisy, I feel as if the original made my hair more voluminous and sleeker compared to the pro. I have 2c medium length fine curly hair. I think the pro would definitely work best for straight fine hair. I can’t say if it is less damaging than the original but for the price, I would say it’s not worth it. Wait for the original to go on sale and get it.

The design and handling is great but its not better than my old styler. instead it made it dull and just fell flat after 1 hr.

I had such high hopes for this brush, but the negative reviews are true, and I was let down. I figured it would be the same as the original, just smaller in size, but it’s not at all. I used it for the first time, and it definitely grabs the hair better than the original plus, It’s lighter and more comfortable. The downside is that it just doesn’t dry the same as the original Revlon brush, and I woke up to my hair being extremely frizzy the next day. I bought this one because I found the original brush to be too bulky, and although it dries perfectly, I can’t dry my roots as well as I’d like to since my hair is so curly. I’m going to give it another chance and see what happens. If it doesn’t work out, I’ll use it on my daughter's hair. She has looser curls, so this might work better on hers.

Welp I hate to be that one person but here we are, it broke on my first use. (I don’t believe people who say it broke on first use, but now I see it’s possible ) Worst part of it all is that I used it on Low. I could understand if I was using it on high, but no. It does an amazing job on low too and it heats well. The issue is it looks like the fan came undone and it started to smoke and make weird sounds when ever I would turn it back on. I’m pretty sure without this weird defect that it will work wonders.

I Didnt Like This Product. Not For Thick Hair. Took Me Around An Hour To Blow Dry My Hair And Didnt Even Get The Results I Wanted. I Might As Well Just Buy A Straighter.

So I’m currently using it for the first time right now as I’m typing this and the attachment keeps coming off without even me pressing the release button. It’s extremely frustrating. I’m noticing that it’s making my hair frizzy but I will keep trying.

My daughter and I had the one-piece reckon drying brush for a few years and decided to upgrade to the travel-friendly detachable one. It still does the trick of quickly drying, leaving hair shiny, straight, and frizz-free (even in Florida!). However, because we both have long, thick hair, the two small plastic bits that hold the two pieces together broke after just a few months of use. With the two pieces no longer able to stay connected, the dryer is now useless. If you have long, thick hair, I would recommend getting the one piece drying brush, as this one has plastic that is too flimsy to be able to withstand pulling needed to make thick hair straight.
