Back ground info- my mother has 4a/4b hair. She used it one time & the bristles are all bent out of place after one use. She only used it one part of her hair she didn’t like it & went back to her regular blow dryer. I don’t know if this one is defective or that’s just how they all are:/

Great theory fried my hair

I have had mine for 11 months, and it just started smoking and caught on fire in my hand while using it. There’s a 4 year warranty on it. I clean it all the time.

Had one and it stopped working after a few months. Bought a second one. Don’t know why it comes apart. Weird design. It fell off the counter when I went to part my hair and pieces inside broke and made a horrible noise. Dropped it by accident a second time and the whole thing went dead. Looking for a new brand that doesn’t break so easily.

I’ve had this for less than a year-and the side pieces broke out of nowhere and got inside the handle causing loud noises and damage inside from the loose pieces being thrown around. I did like it before that…

After approximately 6 uses, this dryer started getting so hot that it burned my hand and caused some immediate hair breakage. I had the original Revlon One-Step Teal and was happy with it for several years, until it began overheating. Disappointed.

I’ve had several Revlons over the years and they have been great. I tried the 2.0 as something new and it broke within 3 months only using every couple days. The fact that it detaches is a nice feature but it’s not strong enough to last

i loved this blow dryer brush more than all the others i’ve tried, simply because the brush head is detachable for cleaning or to even use the base as a normal blowdryer! the issue with mine is that not even a month after i bought it, it started smoking & turning itself off. it smells like a bonfire. i cleaned the brush head after every use & i even checked my outlet to see if something else was wrong, but it’s something wrong with the product. unfortunately i don’t think i’m able to return it because i didn’t keep the box. very disappointing.

it is to big to hold it in the hand,

I was silly and bought this because a customer in the salon I use for haircuts told me I'd love it and needed it. I really never buy things from Amazon w/o reading details and reviews. My bad!I plan to get one, but much smaller in diameter. And I hope it will be lighter and easier to hold! This one must go back. And it won't be easy to pack up, because it wasn't easy to unpack!
