I have the Original Revlon 1.0 for exactly 2 years and I love it. I decided replace it for the 2.0 Plus because mine is really old/dirty beside still working wonderfully. I attached some pictures for comparation purpose since I didn't have this feedback from the others reviews. The new 2.0 Plus is "taller" than the 1.0 but thinner. The oval head is like 0.5" smaller. I didn't use it yet but I turned on to feel the medium temp which doesn't have on the old one. I didn't see any difference between high and medium temp, not sure if mine is defective one. I will come back with new updates once I use it.

This product has changed my hair completely. Hair is shorter than shoulder-length, not terribly thick, but frizzes and curls constantly. actually have good hair days now. I let hair air dry til about 80% dry, then dry with columizer and smoothe straight. The product I have wished for for years! Mine is about 16 months old, already a great many bristles are losing the bead and I can notice the difference in how my hair winds around it. If I could get a replacement brush this product would def be a 5!

I love it, I use it after every shower but it causes split ends really quickly. After a haircut, I’ll have split ends again a few weeks later

Bought this styler due to my other Revlon styler getting old. Saw this on sale, and thought it would be the same. I have the other Revlon Styler the One Step as well, but that works great. I have long hair, and It has always worked for me This styler is not giving me the look like that blow out straight look or the same curls. I have to give this a bit more time to adjust. But I may be buying the other styler instead. This can be my back-up if needed :/

I loved loved this brush changed my life however agree it doesn’t last it’s been less than 12 months and I Gad gone through 3 of them. So as I add up I have spent over 140 usd that maybe a higher quality brush would cost. Will try another brand. When I tried returning I was told I had to go to the manufacturer or something like that didn’t get a refund.

I bought this about a year ago now, on Black Friday. It worked perfect for me I loved that it detached because if my hair was too wet I could dry it without the brush prior to avoid too much straining to the hair.. recently it completely stopped working I tried to turn on and nothing.(heartbroken)So as everything else in this world.. the product comes to an end. So just be mindful that they won’t last a long time but the year it lasts is worth it.

Does a great job and the price is low compared to others that do the same.

I got the purple one first it didn't work at all the handle heated up almost burning my hand then the bristle part started to smoke. It says straightening brush and this was my first Revlon product so I didn't know if it was normal. I called the company they said it was normal. It turned out to not be normal. I exchanged it got the black one and am having a much better experience. Idk if its a coincidence or not but the purple one is the one every one hates or has a problem with from what i've seen and heard.

I had to replace my previous brush like this. I prefer this to using a brush & normal hair dryer. I usually use it when I have time to sit and brush/dry my hair. It is very handy and saves time needing to style my hair after I finish drying. I like using the hot air brushes, they leave my hair sleek, soft and styled. This unit seems very loud, I think louder than the one I replaced. My only concern is the sound. I had to stop before I was done because my ears were ringing. I will need to use ear plugs or protection of some sort so I can use it.

It’s great if you have time to thoroughly dry and brush your hair. I have really thick hair so it honestly takes me 30 mins to have it semi dry. Usually I have some dampness near my scalp. Overall, good product. More time consuming if you have thicker hair!
