I bought this 8 months ago and was using it about 2 times a week. The other day, during mid blow it, the motor died. I’ve had the original model since 2020 and although the brush isn’t it great condition it still works. Soooo disappointed.

It’s a good product but if you wanna buy it when it’s on sale I would highly not recommend. “Sale” meaning straight outta the box someone else used the product before we even got a chance and put it back in the box not even wrapped up and a good copious amount of hair left in the bristles 🫶🏼. It sucks because the product works well but damn girl, at least give us a new product and let a girl know it’s been used.
Breaks Hair
I had a problem; it broke 3 months after I bought it. The customer service was great! Here’s the issue: it WILL break your hair. Yes, I watched many tutorials because some people said I might be using it wrong, but stay away if you have curly hair that gets tangled easily. My ends are so damaged and it started after I used this. I now have to get several inches cut off. AVOID THIS.

I’ve had this less than two years and it doesn’t get daily use. I’ve only taken the brush part off a few times, but it broke this last time and cannot be put back on. So definitely was not worth what I paid for it. It’s not a good design and the blow dryer without the brush is very weak.

The handle is really big my hand hurt trying to hold it . It is heavy and a lot bigger than what I read . I have to send it back and I will probably just keep using my round brush and dryer .

I was very excited about ordering this and couldn't wait to try it. First thing I noticed is that the handle and brush didn't lock together tightly but the dryer worked. After using a few times, the brush and handle came apart and wouldn't go back together. I tried returning it but missed the return date. I tried contacting the manufacter but never got a reply back. Waste of money

I love love love loved this Revlon Blow-dry brush and unfortunately there is nothing like it with the same power- I assume for a reason... I have been using this brush for around two years off and on. Using the highest setting on this brush melted the plastic(?) bristles, so I decided it was time for a new one. Within 2 months, it's melted the bristles on my new one as well 🤦♀️. I use the highest setting because it dries and styles my very thick curly hair straight within 30 minutes! If I used the low heat, it'll take me a whole hour, and I never have the time. Because i've used the highest setting, it's FRIED my hair and ruined my brush. If you have the time to use the lowest setting, I recommend this brush 100%! I'll just stick to a straightener. 💔

I was attracted to the smaller 2.4 oval barrel size. This dryer blows tons of hot air and I mean HOT! Turning it down gave no noticeable temperature change. It seemed too harsh for my hair and I have coarse, color treated hair. I looked frizzy too. I did not get the shine to my hair either. It advertises "75% shinier salon blowouts". I did let my hair airdry 3/4 of way before using. Next time I will use it sooner after washing. I still needed to flat iron to get shine. However, it doubles as a dryer and styler for traveling. I really want this to be a one and done styler so I will keep trying.

I bought the product after watching so many reviews. It worked well in low mode on my hair. But the bristles came out agter first use which is quite disappointing.

I was so excited to get this hair dryer. And then, when I finally got it, it worked AMAZINGLY!! I loved how I could do a blow-out in 15 minutes when it took me 45 minutes before I bought it. And it looked so GOOD. That’s what makes me so upset that the hair dryer no longer heats up after just 3 months. I probably used it twice a week during that time, and last night I turned it on just for it to blow cold air at me. I really think this comes down to the quality of the product (or lack thereof). Super disappointed and won’t be buying this brand again, no matter how amazing those 3 months were.
