Molls
This is my 3rd revlon brush. 1st one years ago was great, my 2nd and 3rd ones each time the dial to turn it off broke on the first time using it. You can turn on but then not off. Seems like revlon got cheaper. Don’t bother!!! Also target sells it $30 cheaper online than in the store.

On my second use, I went to clean it by pulling out the hair caught in the bristles. The bristles all came off too! The two times I used it I did appreciate the lower heat option vs the original.

Caught fire with second use.

I only used this product once. It was an okay product. The second time I try to use it, the motor blew out which sounds like high pitch motor sound and didn’t work after it blew out. Not worth it!
Overpriced
Item is overpriced here.

I loved it while it worked, but it was only a few months to a year that it stopped working the motor burnt out it started making these very weird noises and then it started to smoke. I’m not sure why they haven’t recalled it yet but it’s definitely a fire hazard so I would just avoid this at all costs. Just save your money and buy a blow dryer and a straightener. if they could somehow make this product without the issues that it has then it would be a great product but until then save your money

I bought this item about a month ago. Used it once & the motor blew. So sad ! Definitely recommend the OG brush. This one has ZERO life expectancy

This dryer has made my hair extremely staticy. Like it was laughable and I had to rewash it and use a regular dryer to go out in public. I had the original one step styler and it was way better, sadly I left it at a hotel. I don’t recommend this specific model at all.

Turned it on for the very first time and it started smoking, sparked and then shut off. Major hazard. Do not buy.

I purchased this in November of 2022 (it’s currently December 2023). I use it about 2-3x per week and it has already completely died. I clean it regularly and take care of it, but it’s such a disappointment. It started working strangely about 6 months ago by the air pressure going up and down during use when I don’t change any settings at all. It finally stopped working mid-use yesterday and won’t come back on. It will be going in the trash and I won’t be repurchasing any hair products from Revlon because this happened with the original style for me as well. Spend your money on better brands like Remington or something.
