It was great until it died. I've had it 11 months. Last time I plugged it in and turned it on, nothing. Bought for travel as it's a bit smaller than the regular one, and it beaks down for better packing. Now it is a dead piece of plastic that's going in the trash. No more Revlon.

I have both the 1.0 and the 2.0 version of this hair dryer brush. The reason I replaced the 1.0 is because it had started losing all its bristles with the pink ends. I liked that the 2.0 was a little smaller, could come apart for traveling, and had more heat settings so I decided to try it this time. However, I got the 2.0 as a Christmas 2023 gift and already by May 2024, the protective plastic nubbins on the ends of the bristles are wearing away! They didn’t even last 6 months! And it’s not just on a few; this has happened all the way around the brush head! I noticed it because suddenly my neck kept getting scratched by the sharp ends as I was drying the underside of my hair! I had to stop using it because it was so uncomfortable! I also feel like my hair didn’t look quite as nice after using the 2.0 vs the original. After using the 2.0, I often found myself having to go back with a regular straightener to improve the look of my hair overall.

Not round. Too big for mid/shorter hair. I had to send it back. I regret that there is not one on the market of the same quality which would be , as said, round with a medium roller shape.

Does it work? Technically. I wanted to like this! If you have long, thick hair, I’d stick to a blow dryer. This product won’t last long, so I have to return it. It doesn’t seem like the right choice for my hair.I’m also incredibly disappointed because the seller wants to charge me to return it.

The Revlon blow dryer only lasted for four months. It made a loud noise, and then smoke started coming out while I was using it.

I do not style my hair daily. I bought this in Sept. in 2023 and used it aprox. once to twice a week. The heating element or whatever gives different heat levels quit this week. It now gives cool air only.

I have straight, dense, fine hair. It did nothing but slightly give me the smallest amount of volume around my roots. It’s way too LOUD & it didn’t give me any body to my hair. No curling or anything.

After the second use almost a full row of bristles have came out. It started with the first time blow drying my hair. I have had the original which worked great but I figured it was time for a new one after 4 years. I will be returning this one and going back to the original.

Yall becareful I bought this bc it was 1/2 the price ulta was selling it and I needed it for this weekend but unfortunately it wasn’t fitting inside the plug. Until I got a closer look and the plug part is two different sizes!!!! **See pictures ** on side is a rectangle while the other side is a rectangle but a square shape at the end
