Well, it came with someone else's hair wound in it so not too impressed! Also had a tag on it for "recycling"..."CRsomething". guess it got recycled to me!!

If you sell used items why would you not tell someone, This is unethical and bad practice. Never encountered such a thing

Item arrived quickly but item was clearly used and damaged. Box was ripped with old tags on it, removable brush had hair wrapped around it and handle also has damage. Barely any power and it smells like burning plastic when on. No word yet on a FULL refund. I wouldn’t even donate this as it’s disgustingly used! Nowhere in the description it mentions item was USED and it wasn’t even that much cheaper than new. Vet your sellers better Tanga!

Product did not appear to be new as advertised. The box was scuffed up and had multiple stickers. Packaging was missing and the paperwork was water damaged and stuck together. I cannot find the wattage on the item and the Intertek mark on the product was missing the ‘I’ suggesting a counterfeit item. I want a full refund and not to pay for shipping back.
