Let’s begin by saying that the coffee maker is big and takes a lot of space on the countertop but I do love that I can prepare 14 cups and is perfect for when I have guests over at my house. I’m not complaining at all, I do have the space at my kitchen for it but just giving my thoughts for anyone with smaller kitchen. When installing, the instructions were clear and I read I had to place the charcoal water filter first and then run the coffee maker through a complete cycle without ground coffee. I had a difficult time setting up the clock because the buttons on the panel have to be pressed hard in order to work. Took me at least 15 minutes to complete this task. Once was ready to make some coffee, I started to brew on regular and everything worked great. There are buttons for fast, regular, bold and also to brew over ice. Coffee maker was silently brewing the coffee and has three temperature settings. I did use medium temperature and was the perfect temperature, my coffee turn out delicious. It also has an auto on mode bottom to set it up at a certain time. Overall, the coffee maker is great and I’m happy and thankful for the opportunity to review. I just would prefer if the buttons were the same as the power button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been leaning towards steering away from my Keurig, just to be less wasteful, so I was excited to give this a try. It works great very simple and easy to use and to clean. But I am an iced coffee person, so that was the feature I was most excited for. However I don’t really see a difference from regular brewing to the iced coffee feature the ice melts just quickly when brewed on top of it. But potentially I could be doing something wrong. Regardless, still a good machine works great and very easy easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee pot is nice and I like how it looks on my counter, it is compact and sleek. It makes a nice pot of coffee that has a good flavor and it keeps hot for a long time. The water indicator on the front is also nice and makes it easier to use. Overall, it is a nice coffee maker but I still prefer my previous pot with more features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this product. The coffee comes out very “smooth” tasting. It also looks like a high tech coffee machine especially with it being slimmer in width. My only issue with it was that it was too tall and it wouldn’t slide under my cabinets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still getting the hang of all of the settings but one thing I love is that you can control brew strength, that's my favorite feature! Everything is reusable so no filters to buy and it comes apart easily to clean. This would be great for an office too because it makes 14 cups of coffee. You can keep the pot warm too which is nice. I haven't tried the iced option yet but look forward to doing that all summer!
