My coffee pot keeps turning off. It is literally two days old! What is going on?? I really wanted to like this product!!!!

The Wormy Plate Won't Stay On So The Coffee's Cold In 5 Minutes. Plus The Craft Spills All Over The Counter As You're Trying To Pour It In Your Cup. No Matter How Hard You Try, Half The Coffee Is On The Counter.

Having to set auto off everyday to avoid it immediately shutting off when done brewing is absurd. Then there’s the clean cycle, which prevents use of features unless it’s completed. The price point is far beyond what it should be for this machine. Do not recommend.

Hot plate function has never worked. Auto on is the most absurd setup. It’s 2022- why do 6 buttons need to be pressed every single time for the same program? Total garbage. Braun shouldn’t even sell this piece of garbage.

It won’t keep my coffee hot and it’s very confusing. I’ll be returning it.

Shortly after brewing begins the coffee starts overflowing over the lid of the carafe, runs down to the plate, which then begins to sizzle. Tried cleaning coffee maker, using just water (no coffee grounds), less water in the reservoir, all with the same result. The warming plate is burned and rusted, unable to be cleaned. Issue seems to be where the coffee enters the carafe. We have made sure that the lid was properly seated on the carafe, to no avail. I purchased this item in October 2021, and had to stop using it by June 2022. I am looking for a refund at this point, don't trust that a replacement will be any better.

Hot plate stopped working after about a week. The Autobrew function stopped working after a month or so. It's a good thing my son broke the carafe the other day so I can throw this thing out. Braun should stick to making electric shavers, because this coffee maker is garbage.

Clean Mode Takes Over And Won't Let You Brew. Not Easy To Set Auto Function.

The keep warm feature stopped working after 3 weeks. I've tried everything. I have misplaced my receipt so I can't return it.

Braun isn’t making coffee makers anymore, that part of the company was sold off to another company. You are out of luck if something breaks on any Braun coffee maker. I found out by trying to call customer service. That experience alone was a hot mess!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank goodness Target customer service stepped up to refund me.
