Our family cat loves to sleep in the garage where she feels safest, but it can get a little chilly there in the winter so we put this on her favorite sleeping spot and she loves it. It seems to be pretty good at reflecting her heat when she's using it because it feels warm when she gets off, and she definitely avoids it during some of spring/fall and all of summer when I think she feels it gets too warm for her. It works great in her spot in the garage where it never gets wet and would work well inside, too.

I wasn't going to get this after reading some reviews where people said their cats were afraid of it or didn't like it because of the crinkly noise. When I got it, I didn't notice any crinkly noise, or maybe just a tiny bit. OMG, my cat loves this!!! He is on it constantly. Sometimes I put the mat on my lap, and then my cat gets on the mat. We're both cozy then. My cat is a senior and really likes to be warm. I am so happy I got him this mat. I also bought him a cat bed (the cup kind) that has this reflective heat material and he loves that one too.

This product is very soft. I bought two because I have two kittens, and they immediately got on it and fell asleep. I put my hands under to feel if it got any warmer than normal, it did. It gets very warm, warmer than a normal blanket. For cleaning, honestly I am not sure. I'd assume just put it in the washer or something. Overall my cats are happy and I'm happy I got it for them!

When she first tried the blanket she had her full thick winter coat( since she is an indoor/outdoor kitty ) zo she didn't like it because it was too warm for her. Now a month or so later the weather has turned warmer and she shed some of that winter coat. Now it feels mighty good and she will stay in the box where the blanket is for quite some time. She will come in out of the cold and run for the box. It is a very good idea. It works.

The cat, picky yet discerning, loves this mat. Like other reviewers have mentioned, once the cat experienced the mat, he pretty much established himself firmly in place and didn’t move off of it. This is exactly what I had hoped. We moved and the cat had been an outdoor cat for years. Now he’s returned to indoor life and I wanted something to make the transition really desirable. This mat is just right. He has stopped trying to escape and settled right in. Purrfectly.

I have 2 for each cat! My cats now sleep where I put the little pads! One doesn't like the print side...he actually flipped it over in both cases but loves sleeping in them! I felt under their bodies when they were sleeping on them and it feels extra warm! I guess this is why they love them so much! Cool product. I like that they are small. There is plenty of room for both my 7 pound cat and my 13 pound cat to stretch out on them but not too big that they take up a bunch of space. I use 2 on existing cat trees..

I liked the luxury feel and how pretty the cat pad is It's quite an eye catcher and my cats are impressed. Its Big enough for my outside kitty also. He is quite tall and long legged! It is quite a bargain for the price... and is really well made. Patricia Najhawan
