cord keeps falling out of the back

it cooks the food well but the meat slides off easily if undont have all bumpers

It does not brown as much as I thought it would. It cleans up easily except for the grill tray. It gets food stuck in the drain holes and is hard to get out.

My fryer suddenly stopped working 7 months ago!

I bought this to use on an extended vacation this winter. I've got a similar Ninja unit I left at home. The XL unit, however, didn't do what I expected of it. Firstly, when in the air fryer mode, there's no pre-heat. There's also no end of cycle sound notification - you set a time and temp and at the end of the time there's just a circle of light which chases itself - no "beep". Well, there is a beep which comes who-knows-when before it shuts off. That's also true in a couple other modes, like bake. In grill and bake modes, there is a preheat, and a "beep" when the temp is reached. The other thing I had a problem with was the cooking cavity was small and deep, making it hard to reach in even with pot holders to pull the food out. In short, I'm just not a fan of this product.

Medicare. I bought this in Nov 2021, the grilling plate and inner pot coating has started to peel. What kind of cheap coating did they used and if it's peeling can't be healthy for you. I followed the cleaning guide to a tee. I only bought this after seeing grave reviews. Think those reviews were fixed. The grilling plate can only hold 1 decent sized steak, not 2 like it suggests. Same with burgers. Unless you make then small. And ttb e grilling plate doesnt stay in place properly when placed diagonal. Should have just saved up and got the Ninja! Overall, not horrible, but not the greatest. If trying for the first time and just want to see how air fryers are like me, then go ahead. But once mastered go get yourself a good one.

I brought in December and start working in June it's not getting hot and just blowing out cold air I guess it was good while it lasted
