moderately used and it broke within 4 months... do not buy

I didn't like the size of the grill plate. It's very small!

That the product did not come Inside of a box and every one knows what you have

Can’t get over the smell!

Well it’s just a regular air fryer. It didn’t grill the meat nor was it like a bake meat. It was air fryer meat. Just like the oven does it.

I bought this on December 13, 2022 and it stopped heating on April 4, 2022. I haven’t been able to return it since I broke my leg how do I get a refund or A replacement? Other than that I liked it just fine while it worked. My leg is still broken and I need some help getting it replaced

Lid malfunction display. Had to open / close lid several times. Also pressing on lid helped. In Air Fry mode, no preheat. In grill mode if you want to cook a second batch, it goes back into pre-heat mode. I'm not very satisfied with this air fryer!

The grill function is a poorly designed afterthought. At first use the grill tray tilted out of place and the burgers fell into the residue. I was left to figure out how to retrieve the meat and place the tray back into position without burning myself. It was a completely awful experience. I would not recommend this product.

No matter how long I spend fixing the tray before putting the food on, it always moves. I don’t get why there aren’t notches to keep in place. Trying to flip anything on the platform always makes it turn and land on the bottom. Isn’t worth the hassle.

The grill plate never stayed in place and and the buttons to turn on the air fryer and grill seem to only work when they want to. I'm actually giving this away and going to purchase my very inexpensive inexpensive previous air fryer that worked wonderfully. Don't waste your money
