It doesn’t fit on counter to open lid is at top not enough room.

Only had mines for three months and for some reason it won’t get hot no more.

it worked great for a while but it only lasted about a year and a half.

made fries just like in oven. just dried French fries.

Front control panel was scratched and it’s missing rubber piece from one of the corners of the grill

I didn't like the design with the cooking basket placed under the lid. The grill plate wasn't easy to place so it was level and sometimes would fall to the bottom of the basket. The timer wasn't properly functioning, It cooked OK

2 stars because it worked good but product life term is less than a year!!

Loved the air fryer until is stopped heating after only 6 months.

My friend has the Ninja 6 quart air fryer that I tried out, so I saw this one on sale and bought it. Not even close in performance, the Ninja is way better. I am very dissatisfied with the Power XL. Takes about twice as long to cook the same item. If I could return it I would.

I've only had it since June 11 (2 months) and it already will not work!! I loved it but it didn't work long!!
