don't like if you buy this better get the warranty plan. messed up and didn't and went out in 6 months..

Quit heating after 1.5 year.

mine lasted 9 months ! it has a one year warranty but there is a catch. you have to send the defective one back first and the customer is responsible for the shipping charges. i won't purchase another one.

The product worked initially for the 1st month, now it doesn’t work. I would put food in and it doesn’t get hot- gross. Called customer arrived and they are not willing to help. Do not buy

It did last long, it been broken for some time and the site won't let me retirn it.

Purchased in November 2021 quit heating up in May 2022

I got this in Dec. 2021 it’s now 6 months later and it stop working.

I WILL JUST "REFUSE DELIVERY" WHEN THIS ITEM ARRIVES !!! Item had not even processed when I requested a CANCELLATION........... But wow, they need the money Soooo badly, they got right on it, and got it in the mail ASAP. WAL MARTS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GETTING SO BAD, THINKING OF PAYING A BITORE

Could not wait to use and it doesn’t work. I wanted to grill and the grill button will not work. It would move to air fry or bake but not grill. Very disappointed

I liked that it went to 500 degrees. I didn't like that the grilling plate did not stay up in place.
