Only use 2 times, and now it doesn't heat up, heating coil stopped working!!

I was excited to try out the grill. After grilling the lines don't even show! Cant even tell if the food was grilled. Very different from the pics they've posted here

Purchased in November 2021 stopped working

This item didn’t even last a year and it stopped getting hot!

Worked well from November to May. Stopped heating at all.

the lid is cracked from the top of the lid to thr bottom. very disappointed its a Xmas gift
