The fan on the top went out after just 4 months, and it was maybe used 10 times a month!

I don't know who likes customer service Walmart or the seller because to this day I still have not received my package they claim it's been delivered.

wish I read reviews first. It quit heating after 8 months. Have to pay shipping for replacement. Not worth it. Will never buy XL again. Should have made it through 1 year warranty.

No longer heats up after 7 months. Since is over 90 days you can't simply take it back to WMT. The manufacturer requires you to pay for shipping to send the item back. Shipping is almost as much as this item is worth.

You get what you pay for, didn't last 9 months! When I went to use it the last time, didn't heat up; liked it when it worked but this is a cheap air fryer!!!

used it to air fryer something that should have taken 10 to 15 minutes to cook. literally was an hour and my food was still uncooked. Not sure what was wrong exactly but I just do not have the time for my food to cook hours later especially when I have to be at work. i would not recommend buying this product.

The entire thing seemed cheaply made. The lid weighs nothing. Trying to close it, it just falls and slams. The grill option is a joke. The fryer plate has little rubber things on the corners to keep it up that just pop off and it doesn't stay in place. I've owned a PowerXL so I assumed this would be awesome. It was NOT. I sent it back for a full refund.

I received the first one on Feb 1, 2022, it rattled so bad I requested a replacement. The replacement was received on Feb 1, 2022 and the defective one returned to the supplier. The replacement has quit heating and lasted less than a year. I would not recommend it.

This thing does not work. Been trying to cook a roast and veggies in it for three hours. Had to take them out and put in the oven. On top of that, I have to pay for shipping it back. This is ridiculous!
