After 6 months of use the cooker won’t heat. On contacting Spectrum Brands they said it was under warranty. I would receive a new machine. It was impossible to follow instructions I was given. The agents I spoke to were not helpful and even rude. I have no trust in them. This is the first time I have had any problems ordering from Amazon but there is no way to get help from Amazon with this problem.
