Bought it under a year ago and it began sparking last night that almost caused a fire. We tried reaching Cusine Arts customer service as it has a 1 year warranty and the serial number we provide is not correct according to them. There are two serial numbers on this model and neither one is correct. Attempted to call the number inside the microwave and scan the QR code for customer service and it takes me to a scam website, I ended up getting a virus notification. Save your money and time. Go with a different brand. Less then a year later and we are out $130.

We bought this microwave in June 2023 it’s been wonderful but now it’s toast in April 24. This is not made for longevity! Buyer beware!

After a couple months the light started flickering while it was running. If we accidentally opened the door before the timer expired, it was still running with the door opened! I called Cuisinart to file a warranty claim and they asked how long it has been doing this. Whatever I told them wasn't long enough. I was told to document it and call back if it happened again. They put me off until the warranty had expired. It looks fine and is easy to use, etc, but it is a DANGEROUS machine!

Already broken, had it a week, used it maybe 10 times and it is already giving me an error message, rattling, not heating up. I'm returning and absolutely not buying another. Cheaply made.

Microwave makes a weird humming noise when not in use

Purchased a lemon. This microwave does not work. E-5 error message continuously. I contacted Cusinart support and they stated that I should receive a refund in 14 days. I do not recommend!

Literal first use out of the box and it’s defective with an error code of E-5. Looked around online and found this is a common issue with this brand/model.

Never got to use mine. It has been mis-delivered. 🤦🏽♀️

Purchased, brought home unboxed, and unit would not even turn on. Retuned "Most expeditiously" *Save your money and google this item as I should have done myself before purchasing.

Died about 14 months after purchase (just after the one year warranty). Really regret purchasing this.
