When I received this inverter/ Sensor microwave oven it was in a box that just taped at top and and the box was bent up and torn up. When we open the box there was nothing to secure the Microwave from moving around in the box no foam in which products normally suppose to sit in to stop it from moving around and to top it off the microwave had a dent in on the right hand side very very visible to the eye. I knew then microwave had been for sure before hand. When I read the instructions and the plugged it in it didn’t work so I was conned on this purchase so this will be my last purchase from this website. If it had been a very small purchase it wouldn’t have bothered me as much but a large purchase was that did not delivery the service have me looking at this company totally different and I’ve supported Tanga for a long time now. Never had a problem with anything that I have ever purchased so that’s why I will not be buying anything from Tang.com anymore. Margaret B.

Again broken. Last time when I buy It was broken and I have not receive my stuff

It stopped heating the food… in less than a month.
