Didn’t realize it was a refurbished item I was purchasing, the original numbers and things were blacked out with a marker on this item. Hope it last. Canister is very small

First off, this listing has multiple ordering options, so what I'm going to say is specific to the Graphite color option. I don't know if the same would have happened for the other options available. I love the vacuum itself for all the reasons other reviewers have mentioned, but I was disappointed to find the docking station has no storage for the two attachments that come with it, as shown in all the pictures on this listing. At first I thought maybe it's just tricky, but no - there is no way you can store these attachments on that base. That's when I noticed someone (I assume the seller - America Wholesale Inc) had added black tape to the box to hide the part of the picture where the onboard storage is, and all text talking about it. Not exactly honest, and now I have to figure out what to do with these two random pieces. Not ideal, but again, the vacuum itself is great.

'Have had this handheld for a few months now, and I'm just not impressed. 'Was really expecting something more powerful from Shark. Not a good option for using on car seats for for animal hair... Works well for getting up smaller items such as hairballs along the baseboards.

I didn't pay attention to the other reviews and it has cost me. This great vacuum comes with two attachments and neither fit on the base as pictured in the product listing. I checked the box after I was unable to replicate the positioning on the item page and realized the company sneakily covered all pictures including the base with black tape. The vacuum itself is fantastic but it's such a pain to keep the pieces separately -- especially with the actual product being advertised as a convenient holder. Very aggravating.
