This unit has no suction. It barely picks up crumbs off the kitchen marble floor.

I like the small footprint as it tucks away out of sight behind the sofa. It came without the acccessory tool holder/caddy, so I contacted Shark and after FOURTEEN emails back and forth they mailed them to me without charge so bumped up stars to 2. I first gave them all the info requested, then they wanted a PICTURE of the serial number emailed to them. I explained I couldn't do that (tech illiterate here) but that I would text them a pic (yeah I can do that). Nope not good enough, they needed an eail pic. But it turned out okay but lotsa stress over a piece of plastic that holds tools. Anyway, this Wandvac is handy for little quickie messes but the run time is about 10 minutes. It's lightweight, so good there. It charges pretty quickly but no replacable battery once the life is over, so when it's gone it's gone. It's good that one push button empties dust/etc into the trash-pretty handy. It's good for spot cleaning mostly but it's not gonna run long enough to clean a whole room but it sucks up cob webs in a flash. And is quiet-good thing. Is handy without fuss.
