The suction is fair, the tall upright design is odd. The basket needs to be emptied often. A little disappointing to because it feels flimsy. Sharks build quality used to be much better. For lite cleaning it works. Just can't give high ratings.

I love the concept of this. It's lightweight and sleek. Great for the camper. But the charge is ridiculous. And from reading reviews it sounds like it will get worse. I will be sending back.

Doesn’t do much better than 30 dollar vacuums. I guess it’s expensive because it looks nice.Let’s see how long it lasts with light use- I just use it to clean my car 2-3 times a month.

After just 4 months it will no longer charge. I was really enjoying it but now I’m not

The box the vacuum was in was beat up & taped. I believed it is a used. No book. I bought on Amazon day, ( cheaper)think they used they sent used or refurbished . Happy for the price I paid , even on sale

The release for the bin or right next to the power button. Can’t say how many times I hit the wrong one and had a larger mess to clean up. Very bad design. Not well thought out.

I love how great the suction is for such a small package.I'm less than thrilled about how quickly the battery dies.When I first got this the battery stayed strong for at least 5 minutes.Now it starts shutting off after less than 2.I'm beginning to regret not getting some kind of extended warranty.

It's portable but the charge does not last long.

Vacuum works well, but my battery only lasts for a few minutes.

I bought this on Amazon prime day thinking I was getting a screaming deal. No where in the description did it say it was a refurbished unit. I noticed when I opened it the QR code to register it was scratched out with a marker. So far it has worked, but time will tell.
