I have had no issues but it has not the best stitches as you see in the pic. Unfortunately the ear pad only cannot be replaced. Also, it is not really working well with Google Assistant on my iPhone (6s plus), which could be the JBL app problem. ** update on May 16 Still waiting for their returning me the repaired, but they don't reply/update me at all though the delivery to "Electronique Hi-Fi, Anjou, QC" was made on April 28th last month. As it's going to be nearly a month, this would become horrible customer experience, I'm worried. If Alex or someone from the company sees this comment, please get be back asap. I paid $30+ on my own for UPS, but I didn't charge you for that cost because I trusted you would handle this case nicely. Will see a few days more and update here again.

It was very good ok the beginning now 3 months into using it and it keeps disconnecting when battery drops to 60%. Don't know what to do?

These headphones have to be reconnected to my Bluetooth every time he uses them. Such a pain and inconvenience. They are not easy to connect.

Not a fan. I was pretty disappointed in these headphones and I was very excited to receive them because I just can’t STAND earbuds.😞 I’ve tried so many different brands of earbuds and even tried changing out the sizes of the bits that go in your ears and they just fall out of my ear. No matter what. So I’m over it and decided to get over the head Bluetooth headphones. The Bluetooth is a little spotty so if you’re moving between apps on your phone, it tends to glitch. It even happened when I walked not even three feet from my phone. Got pretty annoyed quickly. The noise canceling isn’t great either. You can’t even really hear your music. The cups of the headphones are also smaller than expected so they don’t even fully fit over my ear (just by a little). It’s not noticeable in the picture but I can feel it and it’s uncomfortable. I tried adjusting the headphones several times to see if it was just me and it just didn’t work out. I can’t speak on the battery life because I’ve only owned these for a few hours now. I’ve already started the return process because I do not see myself being able to get comfortable with these. So now I am debating on getting the 500s or trying the Anker Soundcore Life Q30. Wish these would have worked out. They may be comfortable for a child. But not an adult. And the reds are $100 and I couldn’t see myself getting $100 headphones for a kid.

Tienen buena calidad de sonido pero no son muy buenos para llevar puestos mucho tiempo, ya que ajustan un poco y después de una hora de estarlos usando maltratan y marcan en las orejas.

Sound quality is good. For wireless source must have bluetooth. Bluetooth pairing lost when charging, source (win10) is sleeping or off.

For kids or those with tiny heads. If you have a normal size adult head forget this. Sound fine Bluetooth connects But ouch, the skull crushing pain!

Just ok can't really say Much more about them. Handy functions to close togather and can be confused sometimes. Ok sound quality but I know harmen can do a little better because I've heard it before.

The media could not be loaded. Decent headphones for the purchase price. However after less than 6 months of normal use, my headphones have developed a crippling software bug that causes them to automatically turn back on after turning off. Many users in online forums have echoed this issue, with most unable to find a fix, so this is a decently common problem. Be advised.

The passthrough is actually a seperate mode that lowers the sound of the music and LET'S ALL sound through, not just conversation. That is not what I was looking for so I returned them. The sound was not bad for the price when it was in normal mode. They are very lightweight.
