Los audífonos funcionaban bien pero un buen dia dejaron de cargar y funcionar, creo que la pila ya no carga o algo paso que dejo de funcionar. Definitivamente regreso a Beats aunque sean mas caros definitivamente son garantía ya tengo 3 y nunca me han fallado. JBL no le llega ni a los talones

After just a week, the headset no longer turns on. This seems to be an issue with this headset. I bought the same 3 years ago it recently stop turning on. I thought maybe the on/off switch was broken because of extensive usage. Obviously, this seems to be a recurrent problem with JBL. I'm done with JBL! Too bad because the sound quality was great!

Sound quality terrible

Only had these headphones for less than two months and charging plug in is broke and now won't charge. Such a shame.

Not enough volume, amplifies every step you take so not good for on the go listening

I bought these headphones for my son for Christmas and then after about a month of having them the sound quality is really good but unfortunately, he can only hear music out of only one side of the headphones obviously I can't return them because I no longer have any of the packaging but he still uses them but I will not purchase these again in the future I thought they were a good brand but guess not.

Just being honest as I'd expect the same, but I would not recommend these, power button gets stuck and then breaks.

Pretty much the title. Nice sound quality for the price but that does not matter when they hurt to wear after 30 minutes.

I thought JBL was supposed to be a great product. I bought the JBL Live 400BT because I had another JBL product. It's a shame that JBL went downhill with these headphones. The headphones move around a lot and don't sit on my head comfortably.
