Hurts my head and my partner's head. The band is way too tight even at the largest expansion. Hurts the ears. Can not recommend unless you have a tiny head.

En general bien, me gustó el sonido, y la función que te permite regular la entrada de ruido exterior al grado de obtener una casi perfeeeecta cancelación de ruido, la bateria bien, el color muy bonito, pero a las 2 semanas de uso un botón se hundió, por lo que tuve que regresarlos y pedir mi reenvolso. Les aviso si hacen valer la garantía o me dejan así.

Me parece que JBL quiere aprovechar el renombre que tiene para empezar a vender productos de muy mala calidad a precios altos. Son incómodos, no los aguante más de 20 minutos por el dolor en las orejas. El material es de plástico y el sonido nada sobresaliente. No los recomiendo para nada.

I don't like the fact I have to install an app and enable location to be able to mix the sound. The headphone is not good at all without the app. I returned it.

Son muy bonitos estos audífonos pero en sonido se quedan cortos. Asumí que por ser JBL tendrían muy buen sonido pero no, anteriormente tuve unos más económicos de marca Sony (también los compré en Amazon) y por mucho se escucha mejor el audio. Cabe mencionar que al utilizar Alexa y el asistente Google se traban mucho. Solicité la devolución, la aceptaron y mis audífonos fueron entregados al proveedor desde el viernes por la mañana y hoy domingo es hora que aún no actualizan el estado de la devolución.

I have a smaller head and this set of earphones hurt my ears after just a few min of use.

I wanted a pair of on-the-ear headphones with good sound and comfortable for wearing around the house, in the yard, and with my digital piano. These JBL's had good sound. But I have a small size 7 head and they still were so tight as to be unwearable for any length of time. I also found them hot on my ears. Unfortunately the JBLs didn't meet my needs and I am returning them. Found a pair of Koss 30iRBs that have great sound, are very lightweight and comfortable, and about half the price.

Pros: Sound quality is decent Battery life Cons: Sound quality could be better for the money Phone app integration is fussy and adds zero value to the product IMO I have a normal sized head but MAN are they tight. The last thing I want when laying down to listen to some Jazz is to feel like my head is being squeezed.

My daughter has loved these headphones that she got for Christmas but now it's June (aka 6 months later) and the buttons aren't working any longer. Shame you spend this much on a pair of headphones and they last 6 months.

I’ve had these headphones for 3 months before they kept disconnecting to my Bluetooth. They would just stop and disconnect when they were fully charged. Great sounds and noise cancelling, but that nay counts if you can actually use them.
