When I first saw these I knew it would be fun! Didn’t imagine how fun! Set up is easy with your phone or tablet. The kids love tapping the color sheet but it’s even more fun to go around the house tapping household items of every color and hearing the tones! Haven’t had any problems at all!

For this for my 7 yr old for Christmas as a last minute gift. Was by far the item that has kept his attention the longest. Once we figured out that an app was needed and for that set up, was intuitive and has sparked a great deal of musical creativity. The only draw back are the small components can easily get lost.

My 11 year old son loves the Specdrums! He has taught himself to play several songs. He enjoys exploring the different sounds and how they use color to make different notes. Super cool! I highly recommend them!

Great build. super super fun interactive toy To play with the kids. Really opens up music and that you play anywhere and everywhere and on anything and everyone. Only bummer is it the discontinued midi support which I was hoping to incorporate we’ll see what happens

Ordered these at my 9 year old sons request and he loves them. He was able to set them up and operate by himself without needing any help from myself.

The 2 ring set is awesome! So far our family has had a great time! I do wish that there was a bag that fits the color board and the rings/charger all in one. Also the two sided Velcro can scuff up the fabric on the color board. But those things fixable.
