Firstly, the product was delivered to another address and I had to contact Canada Post twice. They finally located it and delivered to me two weeks later, thankfully before Christmas. It was not a fault of the sender though.When I contacted the sender about the product delivery problem they were not very helpful. No apologies, no hi, no thank you, nothing. They told me to contact Canada Post and then sent me the tracking number that Canada Post couldn’t identify. Anyway, I think they should be more courteous and helpful.Now, we can’t enjoy the specdrums as the rings keep disconnecting every few minutes. In order to connect them again, we have to plug them in. Forget about using them outside or anywhere without access to electrical outlet.It is a waste of money for us and now I have a very disappointed kid.Will be returning those unfortunately.

We just opened our specdrums and made sure to charge them before use. We can successfully connect one of them but no matter what we do the second one won’t connect. It’ll get connected while plugged in to charge but has never successfully played any music. It does not react to any colors. I think it is defective. Very sad birthday girl on our hands. Very disappointed

Sent item back as xoesnt warrent the cost as the ring you get works with an app but you can use the app without the ring. You sync the ring to your device and the sound is throu that. So the ring is kind of pointless.

Doesnt work with either our daughters Huawei tablet or my Samsung tab s6. So basically useless and it doesn't clearly state this. Really disappointed as is my little girl on christmas day.

Found the delay between the trigger of the sensor and the actual sound to play to be unusable since it just seemed too long to really get a beat going
