These are extremely painful!! The sand bags inside are rock hard with no give to them so it feels like your wrapping concrete around your ankle. They don’t mold to your leg at all. The straps are extremely long and a nuisance to put on and take off. I returned them after briefly wearing them twice and realized that was developing tender spots on my ankle bones from these digging in.

I wish I had read reviews instead of being in a hurry and going off the high star rating. I bought these to add some toning to my aerobic workouts, but they shift around so much when I move they’d drive me crazy while exercising. The material is also not comfortable against the skin. I’m going to return and look for a well reviewed, slimmer weight.

Got it to put around ankle to do exercise for my knee. Don't buy!

I've been using this product for over 30 years. It's always been a reliable well built product until 2021 to date. My last three orders have proven to demonstrate inferior quality end clips both male and female sides. There are multiple issues but mostly it appears that the clips are just made cheaply. Some of them broke just clipping itself together. I still have a pair that is about 15 years old that demonstrate a huge difference in clip quality. When speaking with the owner of Trident he accused me of using them incorrectly and thati didn't know what I was talking about. Find another ankle weight!
