If you remove the weights they're really difficult to get back in. Basically sandbags, hard to get in or out. They're fine if you aren't adjusting them.

They would be great... if the pockets for the sandbags were sewn the correct size for the sandbags, and the sandbags didn't leak. They're removable so you can adjust your weights, but after taking them out and *trying* to put them back in, the plastic bags develop little holes and leak sand. The pockets for the bags are also too tight. A little re-engineering and these could be great. Maybe use a solid weight in each pocket? Maybe sew the pockets big enough for easier removal and reinsertion of the weight? Other than that, the rest of it seems to be well made and durable, though I'm not sure how long the velcro will last. Velcro has a habit of fuzzing out and no longer holding.

Others have commented on the cheap material and poor design.I will only add that the tedious fastening/unfastening process is by itself a deal-breaker (5-10 min each time even with practice). And if not fastened just right, the product slides and abrades the ankles with course material.

They are so big and bulky they don't wrap around my wrist tight enough. Its just too much material for only 5lbs.

Design using bags of (sand?) wasn't easy to adjust to a lower amount of weight. I've seen better designs and wasn't satisfied by this design.

This ankle weight is fine...and about the right weight for my work-out (I'd been concerned that it might be too heavy....or too light), but ONLY one arrived....when they're supposed to be a set of two ...for people who have TWO ankles. Amazon gave me a credit...and suggested I order again...but JEEZE...what an ODDBALL deal!!!

I like that you can adjust the weight but they are a pain to put on and remove. I’ve had others that don’t have this issue

I bought it 3 months ago and it's torn. Black powder leaked out and it damaged my socks and shoes. It's too late to return. Frustrated.
