the setup was very simple and easy to understand. It was very well in our home of about 2000 sf.

This unit came at the right time to save us in the 90+ degrees heatwave, works very well without any issues so far.

So happy I ordered this in early May. It has made a huge difference in my sleep quality this summer. We turn it on about an hour before we go to bed. Most nights we set sleep mode so it turns off 1-2 hours after we go to sleep. There has been no obvious increase in our power bill.

The unit works great and keeps the room it is in, nice and cool. The sleep timer is also a great function.

It cools, it is not ugly, it makes my home a better place. I always swear I'll never get an new place without central AC, but I did it again. I love where live. Put one of these in my room another in my daughters, and one in the living room - problem solved. No regrets!

Just the right amount of noise for me but others may find it loud. The rest of it works fantastic for my 350 sq ft room.

There are more efficient units but because of window dimensions needed one like this. Didn't use a lot but it did a good job of keeping room cool.

The box was pretty damaged. Bottom was torn out and banding gone but the ac was fine. It was delivered a day early and I was thankful for my ring showing it was dropped off in my front yard. Not happy about that! I rushed home from work just in time to turn off sprinkler system! Other that the delivery part by ups I am very happy with the unit. This room was always in the 80”s. Now it’s is 74-75. I could have it cooler but 74 is cold to Me. Anyway the until was easy to set up. And works great!

it's almost the end of my third summer with this and it still works as well as the first time i turned it on. my bedroom has south and west facing windows. i originally bought it to supplement my central air at night so i could set the thermostat higher and hopefully save on electricity. my 25 year old central air unit finally gave out yesterday and i'm not planning on replacing it. i'll keep an eye out for a sale and get one of these for my living room. now i'll probably not even turn on my furnace this winter.

This is the second one I’ve been involved with and it didn’t disappoint
