I'm so surprised that this big machine barely cools off a room. I'm so disappointed! I can't return the machine because it weighs a ton. I would recommend to go find another air conditioner. Not worth the $$$ I paid for it.

Didn't really get to use it. Parts were missing and I had to return it. I couldn't even install it on my window because of said missing parts.
