I have been considering possibly getting one of these automatic "robot" vacuums for a long time now. It seems like everyone i know has already gotten one, while I have been a bit hesitant about them. However, since I have started to see them more reasonably priced, I decided to go ahead and try one.It seems as though I am constantly sweeping, vacuuming, or picking up carelessly dropped objects and crumbs. This vacuum looks very sleek and nice as it is, which gives it the look and vibe of a much more expensive product. Not that this one is cheap, but it's not as high as many of the alternatives.As far as performance goes, it has done decently well. I can't say that it's great, and that it has completely changed my life and allowed me to stop sweeping and vacuuming. It has not done that. I still have to vacuum, though not as often, this is true. I will say, clearly, it works better on carpet (not thick or high fibers though), than on hard wood, linoleum, or other floor type. It does seem to do well and get a lot of particles, debris, and dirt for me. Once again, I do still have to sweep and vacuum manually, but not as often, so that is a definite bonus. Overall, I can happily recom mend this product to anyone that may need a little help on maintaing their flooring.

I was really excited to use this vacuum because it also had a mopping feature. I was pretty disappointed in it though. It doesn’t go in a pattern so not all of the area doesn’t get mopped or vacuumed. The battery doesn’t last long and it can’t ever find its way home.

I would say this is more of a 3.5 Super affordable gets the job done isn’t really anything special. Definitely helps keep the house picked up from dirt. The mopping feature doesn’t actually mop the floors clean. It really is just to keep any dirt off floors, you’ll still have to go through and mop to clean anything spots. If you’re looking for a robot that will do a full mop clean this isn’t the one for you. Noise level is great I had room a a few years ago that was extremely loud. This robot makes noise but is not loud at all

Is okey for people with no kids not clean best missing a lot of pieces .

Bought this back in July.The robot seems to vacuum good, bought it mainly to do daily cleaning due to dog hair. It does a great job vacuuming and picking up the dog hair. The mopping function could use some improvements. It doesn’t seem to mop all that well. It starts out good, leaving the full width of the mopping pad on the floor behind it. But after a few mins, it seems to just leave about a 1” wide streak on the floor.The other problem with it, is that the holder that holds the mopping pad attachment to the robot, after about a week and a half of use, fell off while it was cleaning. After inspecting it, found that the tab that hold it in place on the one side snapped off, causing the attachment to come off. Ordered a replacement part, and installed on the robot. After about a week or so again, it did the same thing and came off, due to a broken tab on the robot. Not sure what is causing this issue. Could be as it goes from floors to carpet, that it maybe getting caught and putting too much force on it, causing it to snap the tab off. Whatever it is, it seems the robot needs some improvements on the mopping function and mopping attachment.Works great as a vacuum, and not so well mopping. Still decent for the price. But if you’re looking for a good mopping robot, I’d look at something else.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this from Amazon and was so excited to get it and try it.I'm not sure if I'm a big fan of this brand, only because it does not have perimeter boundaries. If I wanted to stay in the living room, I found it in the bedroom or nine in the kitchen.Sometimes I just want to just clean one area..

So I bought this product because it was on sale and admittedly didn’t read it all the way through 😭lmao. However it does clean and seems to do it well. I live in a larger home and it is designated for the downstairs living area. The device has no mapping function and simply bounces around until it randomly has cleaned all over. While it does clean and seem to do a god job of it be aware that it is doing so by random action not some sort of intelligent mapping.

Totally unimpressed. Purchased two, one for upstairs one for downstairs. They both stop randomly in the middle of the floor. I get a "trapped" message on the app, and when I go to rescue it, it's in the middle of the floor.

For the price point, I would say this machine does what it needs to do. I’ve had a couple of issues with it since trying it out. I find it pretty loud, but it’s nice that the remote can control suction power and water output. It also gets all of my carpets wet. I don’t think it has a sensor telling it to stop outputting water over carpets (I couldn’t find a clear answer on the info page if it stopped mopping over carpets or not) or the mop pad just leaves residual water from being water. It also bumps into things fairly hard, compared to another robot vac that I have. The machine itself is easy to empty and refill with water. Wouldn’t recommend unless someone is looking for something fairly inexpensive and that does an okay job with mopping.

Seemed like a sturdy unit for the price point. Got stuck 3 times in the first 30 minutes of use. Behind sofa and twice under desk.
